How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I start school for something I’m super passionate about tomorrow. My anxiety about starting something new is completely through the roof, I’m not one that usually panics with new things but for some reason this new adventure is sending me into crisis mode. I will only be in my house daily for a few hours early afternoon. The way my work schedule is set up I need to be out of my house by 1:15 the latest go to work for a few hours, class starts at 5 and doesnt end till 9:30. I live over an hour away so I won’t be getting home till close to 11pm to then get back up the next morning at 6:30 for work. I’m stressing about how and what I will eat, with covid im unsure if they’ll have a microwave or something for us to utilize to heat things up. Or if we’ll even have time for a “dinner break” When I’ll have time to be active and get my body moving for a bit with the homework I’ll need to be doing when I am home for a few hours in the morning. I am excited and I’ve been wanting to take this journey for many years and now that the opportunity is finally here I feel like I’m getting a bit of cold feet. Praying after the first day things simmer down a bit and a routine takes place. Giving up is not an option

Wow! That's a lot, but you can slay it! Praying for an amazing first day. What an accomplishment to be starting this chapter!

You can do this!
I've been packing a cooler every day for work since May. I just bring cold things like pinwheels, salads, yogurt etc... or like KlammJam said, a thermos is a great idea for hot food!
