So I told myself I’d definitely win this DietBet when I signed up because I lost felicias last one bc I kept stopping and starting and switching plans. Well I dicked around this time too 😔 tomorrow I start itrackbites carb conscious plan with my husband. Hoping I can stick with it because I am really disappointed in myself for not succeeding with this DietBet.

I know the feeling, I have bounced around for years with macro counting, ww, low calories and the truth is you just have to pick one and trust the process. It’s not about how perfect you are or what plan it’s sticking to it. Give it 30 days and no matter what don’t quit. You got this!!

Wow thank your everyone, it really cheers me up to hear your kind words. Theresa I have like 9 lb to the diet bet goal bc I gained some since the first weigh in :cry: I have about 40-50 total to lose to get to my healthy weight range.
