For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    5 DAYS LEFT!!!!!!! I see some of your hitting you’re goal and some of you (like me) that aren’t quiet there yet! DONT STOP. Even if you know you won’t hit that goal... that doesn’t mean you just give up now. Keep going. Keep pushing to get closer and closer to you END GOAL! This 4 week challenge was meant to push you, to help you along on your journey....not be the reason you quit if you don’t hit the goal.

    This journey is SO MUCH MORE than the number. It’s the mental aspect. That “all or nothing” mentality. It does NOT have to be all or nothing. You’ll get stuck in that same cycle forever. If you went out to eat and didn’t pick the “healthiest” choice.... OK! Enjoy and move onto the next day or meal.

    The ONLY WAY YOU WILL FAIL IS IF YOU QUIT. Read that again. YOU are the only one standing in your way. The excuses that build up everytime you eat something off plan or skip a workout. Throw out the excuses and self doubt and just. keep. going
