Big NSV tonight and warning long post lol
I had the toughest day emotionally at work today, won’t go into details but let’s just say I cried today in my office several times and I’ve never done that.

1st victory is I didn’t let it stop me from working out after work, totally pushed play and did my Cize dance workout!!! Even with the following interruption....

2nd victory is Panera and doordash messed up my delivery order.. they gave me an apple and a cookie, not the salad I ordered for dinner and well the only thing they can do is give me a refund and have me send in the order again through their app. Mind you it was supposed to be delivered about half way through my workout. Here I am mad, crying and overwhelmed. I have nothing in my house to eat except eggs because we just ate the last of our meal prepping yesterday. Friday’s I always order a salad from corelife but they were closed today so thought I’d try Panera for the first time. Big mistake. Well no dinner tonight but guess what? I still finished my workout and I refuse to eat junk food. My husband gets home at 9pm and normally brings home pizza for his dinner on fridays. I refuse to eat it because I’m 1 pound from my dietbet goal and I already pre planned my points to have a slice of pizza and wings tomorrow. Literally saved my weekly points for it!!! The old me wouldn’t finish the workout and instead emotionally eat pizza and sweets tonight because of the tough day I’ve had. I can’t believe it, I finally have self control !!!
