For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I am SO SORRY for the confusion. I don’t know what the heck happened, but my original giveaway post, where I also talked about the importance of drinking water, was deleted & then reposted with only half of the text😒 I didn’t realize until today when I came to pick a winner. SO! I will be combining the week 1 & week 2 giveaway here! You only need to comment once with how much water you currently drink daily to enter to win for both weeks.     Ok people, I want you all to start drinking some serious water. You should be drinking half of your body weight in ounces of water daily.
