  • So, after two months I think I finally reached a plateau. Not only I stopped losing weight, I actually gained a lot of weight, it sucked. I am pretty sure many of you have gone through this and is discouraging. I decided that probably I need to turn on the heat on my exercises. This morning there was more running, higher resistance on my regular exercises I felt the pain again of working out, not horrible pain, just that I am giving a challenge to my muscles. After that I had another work out session with the wife. She really didn’t want to get out of bed though, But it was fun. Poor woman she had no idea what she signed up for. Remember, 7 more days. Try your best and no matter what other people say, no matter what the scale says, be the best you can be. Happy Monday everyone.
