For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Sometimes the same trigger or thought can cause me to be super motivated about reaching my goals OR it can make me defeated and ready to give up completely. I’m not sure why this happens! What keeps you guys mentally and physically consistent?

Determination. Don't let the triggers win. If you fall one day, get back up the next. You have to if you want to reach your goals. I know if I want to lose weight I have to have portion control and a minimum of 10K steps per day. You can do it, but it takes patience and time.
