For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • FINAL WEEK TIPS!! I am SO incredibly proud of everyone!! Thank you all so much for joining me in this game and on my journey; I couldn’t be more grateful and inspired by you all on a daily basis. I hope this game has lived up to your expectations and that you’ll join me again in my next game starting November 9th! A few tips for this last week to get you to your goal:

    -Track your food and be honest with yourself about every single thing you’re eating! Try to pay attention to your sodium intake in particular this week as too much sodium can cause water retention. Everything adds up, so it helps to be mindful!
    -Plan ahead! If you have any parties or celebrations this week where there will be lots of goodies; plan for it! Ask what kind of food will be served to see if there will be anything you can eat to stay on track. If there won’t be, eat right before you go or bring something with that fits your goals so you won’t be tempted to have too many treats! On the other hand, don’t beat yourself up for indulging if you’d like to because this is a lifestyle.
    -Get your water in! Water is super important for weight loss. Drinking 6-8+ glasses a day will also help with getting rid of any water retention you may be struggling with from any weekend indulgences.
    -Get yourself moving more! Make a conscious effort to get up and move your body every hour. Every little bit helps! Tip: If you have a desk job like I do, set an alarm/reminder on your phone to go walk around the building or floor once an hour.

    Remember that you should be proud of yourself whether you make your goal or not. Even though this is a weight loss challenge, at the end of the day we are all more than a number on a scale. You did something that may have been out of your comfort zone to better your health, and that is something worth celebrating!!
