How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Step challenge Thursday is here. Today try to log 9,000 steps to meet the challenge target. Let's have 117 people comment on the Check In post tomorrow - deal?

We are officially in the second half of this DietBet already. And I would like to hear from you! But before we get to the questions, I want to add a caveat. Focus on the positive of what you were able to do. A positive mind yields a positive outlook.

What did you do well in the first half of this DietBet?

What are you proud of from the first half?

What are you going to focus on these next two weeks?

I’ve been moving more and have hit 10K steps every day, for the first time in a long time. For the second half of the challenge I want to keep my steps up and focus on eating better to increase protein and veggies.
