How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Well I smashed my week 2 goal! Wanted to be 65% of the way to goal at the half point so there wouldn't be as much pressure on the last 2 weeks... And this morning my weigh in got me to 82%! I can't believe what a difference commitment and consistency are making! I know I shouldn't be that shocked that the thing that every single expert says will work is actually working, but somehow my brain never believed that small changes consistently over time were that effective. Now I know.

Thanks! You can do it- as long as you believe it. That's the biggest change from previous games I think. I've chosen to believe in myself enough to keep going even when it really really sucks

Yes! Consistence is key. What you do MOST of the time matters more than what you do SOME of the time.
