How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Wow where has the past month gone?! The next couple of days will be the final weigh-in. Here are a few tips to help get rid of that last pound or two.

    1. Never Give Up!

    2. You got this, tell yourself I can & push extra hard if you have too.

    3. Believe in Yourself & love Yourself!

    4. Carbs are water soluble so if you need to cut back and try to stay away from the sugar.

    5. Drink lots of water! It will flush out the toxins.

    6. Sweat like crazy!

    7. Cut out any processed foods. They hold sodium & frozen veggies are ok as long as they don’t have sauce on them.

    8. Track everything and make sure you are in a deficit so 10-25% less than your maintenance calories.

    Remember even if you don’t make the goal but you lost some pounds, that is amazing! Be proud of yourself and keep going. Every pound adds up in the end.
