How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Congrats to everyone that met their goal and lost their 4%👏👏👏 I myself came within half a pound. Stupid aunt flo came for a visit three days before the end of the contest and I held onto ALL the water, try as I might to cut out carbs and sodium.
I feel good about my results though! 7.3 lbs gone in four weeks isn't shabby and I feel on my way to continued success on my health journey!

  • Wow where has the past month gone?! The next couple of days will be the final weigh-in. Here are a few tips to help get rid of that last pound or two.

    1. Never Give Up!

    2. You got this, tell yourself I can & push extra hard if you have too.

    3. Believe in Yourself & love Yourself!

    4. Carbs are water soluble so if you need to cut back and try to stay away from the sugar.

    5. Drink lots of water! It will flush out the toxins.

    6. Sweat like crazy!

    7. Cut out any processed foods. They hold sodium & frozen veggies are ok as long as they don’t have sauce on them.

    8. Track everything and make sure you are in a deficit so 10-25% less than your maintenance calories.

    Remember even if you don’t make the goal but you lost some pounds, that is amazing! Be proud of yourself and keep going. Every pound adds up in the end.

    For our last drawing we want to hear what was the win for you during this challenge and how you are feeling about yourself. Also post anything inspiring that helped you get through these past 4 weeks and that will earn you two entries. We will post the winner on Wednesday.

You got it! Just try to drink lots of water and watch the carbs today. I believe you have 48 hours to weigh in too. So you have until tues at midnight if I’m not mistaken.

  • If you find yourself creating excuses for not working out, like the gym is too far from your house or you don’t have time because of classes, homework, kids or work - Try to incorporate these short workouts instead of flipping through your newsfeed for 15 minutes or setting your alarm a little earlier then normal. It’s always good to change up the routine as well so you’re making sure you are getting all the muscles Fired up 💪💗

Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Oct 20 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.

The game will finalize 24-36 hours after all weigh-ins have been submitted. Good luck!
