Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Realizing I might not make it to goal but there’s still a little time. I spent an awesome 9 days on the bike trail earlier this month. Lost NOTHING. Gained a bit when I got back when I went from cycling 3-5 hours a day to just my usual daily walks. Sadly it’s now too dark before/after work to actually get any bike rides in. And weekends have been too busy. I’m finally back under my initial weigh in weight so going back in the correct direction at least. I can say I did at least reduce my body fat percentage a bit on the trip. Can’t complain about that. Here’s a pic of me on the trail.

I'm on the same boat, I count on sweating a lot on my bike rides and power walks, but it has been raining 24 hours straight for the last 4 days. So I told myself the sun will come out and I will jump right back in.

Yes I’ve been keto/low carb for years. I’ve lost 100lbs. I know how to do it. I’m within 30lbs of goal weight and I just didn’t really try to lose anything this month. I’m fine with it. I ate to my hunger and I maintained weight without any gain. As a recovering food addict, that’s my ultimate goal.
