Hi everyone! I live in California. I have been attempting to lose weight (this time!) since April. I was down almost 60lbs and fell of the wagon, gaining back 18lbs. 😢 So disappointed! I need to lose 20lbs by Christmas to win a transformer game, so hoping this will get me back on track. I know it will be tough. Hoping I can make it happen since this holiday season will be different, not as much socializing and yummy bad food. I HAVE TO DO THIS!!!!

Jessica S., I've been doing keto (my mom and sister are also) and I do like it, once I'm in the groove. I will incorporate IF in a couple weeks. Walking and I'd like to try out yoga alternating with resistance training.

Otherwise just trying to avoid situations where I might be inclined to cheat. There is not any "unauthorized foods" in the house so I would have to go in search of bad food.

I am open to suggestions?
