How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Omg stress is such a trigger. Sadness, anger, and stress all trigger me. Mac and Cheese at 10 am is not how gonna lose weight. Ughhh

Gonna try some sleep hypnosis that someone recommended to me. It can’t hurt, right?

That’s smart Jesso. You took the guilt out of the equation.

I’ve been listening to The Happiness Lab podcast, and I love it. They say mediation really helps stress-as does taking deep breaths. I need to try meditation more-I just am not good at it on my own. My husband teaches psychology and says mindfulness is very good for stress-but he doesn’t practice it. Best of luck!
