Plan to get nutrition back on track, cut back on alcohol consumption, and keep on keeping on with my workouts!

I love the feeling when I’m in control of my nutrition, tracking my food, and drinking lots of water with lemon. I’m going to continue to do this and exercise BOD, LIIFT4 and/or Barre Blend 5x a week, along with walking my dogs every day
And of course try to read everyone’s post and support this great group of people that are working hard to improve their health
