Ugh I'm so frustrated! I feel like I'm on repeat and I can never get past "Wednesday"! This week I've already lost 6lbs. Every time I decide this is it, its time to get back on track, I lose weight every day until Thursday rolled around. Thursdays the scale doesn't move, I get discouraged and then Friday Saturday and Sunday the scale creeps up and I'm back where I started on Monday. I have over 100lbs to lose and I feel like I cant break out of this cycle!

Thursday's are my hard day too! I keep prepped veggies in the fridge for when I want a snack. I eat a whole bunch of those before I eat a protein (More? Sure! Model) Also I find it helpful to rewatch Ilana's videos on my hard days. It helps get my mindset in a better place. Lets both commit to crushing Thursday :). I'm going to look for an update from you tomorrow! No matter the scale, lets do what we know works and be confident in that!!! (You have motivated my Thursday, thank YOU)

The scale is just a number. How do you feel? Are you tracking everything that you are eating and drinking? Is there something that you are eating or drinking Wednesday-Sunday that you don’t have Monday/Tuesday? Best wishes to you!
