How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I’ve gotten sidelined with COVID. No idea where i got it because I don’t go anywhere except grocery store and always wear a mask. (Although so many people don’t return the favor) I’m in isolation and have to eat whatever my husband put on the stairs. I feel like a prisoner. Three meals a day pushed under the bars. So I’ve kind of given up on this game. Ten days in and I’m too weak to do much and breathing is a challenge. My sincere wish is that all of you will stay safe and healthy. This is no joke.

So sorry to hear this. You will be better soon. I had it in February ( I’m an EMT & am pretty sure I was exposed by a patient). Hang in there. Listen to your body. Definitely seek medical help if you have trouble breathing, persistent pain or pressure in the chest. In ability to wake or stay awake and knew confusion. Stay safe hope you feel better soon!
