How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Happy Monday! We are officially in the last half of the game - how is everyone feeling?

(A short and sweet open-ended question to change it up from my usual posts, but I do want to know, how is everyone doing/feeling/thriving/surviving?)

I started strong but been slacking the last few days. Feeling overworked and not motivated after my late shifts...the first few managed to keep up exercise and not snack to much( my late shift weakness) but by the end of a long stretch with short staff feeling beat. Any shift workers out there have any tips for staying on track through long stints of off shifts?

I was doing well last week and then Sunday Monday Tuesday weren’t great starts this week! Determined to get back on track today!
