  • Hey, Sarah here. I've always been overweight, over the years I've tried different fad diets and failed every time. I never liked that I was overweight, but every time I tried to lose weight I would make excuses about how hard it is. After trying to conceive my second child for almost 2 years, I woke up September 13th and said enough is enough. I was 352.8lbs that morning. I realized that if I don't start changing it's a huge possibility that my daughter will have to bury her mama at a young age. That day I signed up for Beachbody on demand and I started working out at night when my daughter went to bed. I cut out so much junk food and added veggies to my diet. The only things I drink are water, coffee and some teas. In the mornings my daughter and I go on walks together. So far I've lost 19.6lbs 🙌🙌🙌

    I still have a long ways to go, but I CAN AND WILL DO THIS!!!

    A few of my overall goals are
    1) To never be held back from doing activities with my daughter, because of my weight again.
    2)  Size XL or smaller
    3) Say goodbye to my seatbelt extender
    4) To confidently be able to swing on our swing set
