What has helped you lose so much?

Diet is the biggest thing. My diet has changed rather drastically. No more fast food, frozen meals, pop, pastries etc. I make sure there is a green vegetable in every meal. For example if I make scrambled eggs I put spinach in it. My portion sizes are a lot smaller. I make myself drink a glass of water if I think I'm hungry. I only drink water, coffee and a few teas. I've also been going on walks in the morning anywhere from a mile to 4 miles. Then at night after my daughter goes to bed I do a Beachbody workout 4+ times a week.
