  • Chicken stir fry on the go for dinner. It's hard for me to cook a full meal from scratch, so every week I turn on the oven and throw stuff in whole to pre-cook. Chicken, baked yams and sometimes potatoes, squash, carrots etc I started using a lot of frozen veggies during lock down, but found it a lot easier on my back to not have to chop a lot.
