How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

My BIGGEST issue with weight loss is consistency. Like many people I want INSTANT gratification. When I don’t see it, I go back to my old ways. I struggle mentally knowing I’m going to the gym and making good nutritional choices, but I’m still FAT (and please don’t do the whole “you’re not fat” thing...I am fat, I’m not saying it for pity, it’s just the truth.) struggle hard today y’all.

I can relate to this so much.. take one day at a time don’t be too restrictive because the urge to cheat is very high when you cut things off completely. Focus on one thing at a time because when you try and make lot of change at once it can be overwhelming and you probability to fail is higher. Set yourself up for success and take life one day at a time

You can do it. Make small changes, stay positive. There are days I literally have to talk to myself out loud. “I can do it” “I am with it” “I’m keeping my promise to myself” track your food.
