For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

So I am Samantha, I decided to join diet bet because I have difficulty being consistent! I started my journey in June- but haven’t gotten the results I would like, if I was more consistent. I hope with the support from everyone and being in this community, I can lose more weight by being accountable.

Also, how does the diet bet work exactly? We each get to our goal weight and split the money? Or if one person loses more, do you get more money?

This is my first diet bet, so just asking. Thanks :)

Welcome Samantha!! You're in the right place if you struggle with consistency - I talked a little bit in my first post but that's me too. The games/fear of losing my by-in is what drove me to sticking to goals when maybe I didn't feel like it.
