How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • C25k + weights beforehand for a half hour. I started the morning feeling really tired and struggling but all the good feelings are flowing now at 7:30am!! Woohoo!

TaylaJo

wooooo! nicely done!! I did C25K a few times years ago and loved it, the slow build really works and you feel amazing seeing how far you've come at the end!

Sam

I absolutely love C25K! I'm currently doing it as well and about to start week 2. I only ever finished it 1 time about 3 years ago when training for a half (did the 5k then 10k program in conjunction with nike run club)...but I'm excited to get it done again and glad there is someone else here doing it! Congrats on the new PR!
