For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I did a 75 minute bike ride this morning: 21.85 miles and 800 calories burned. I also added in 10 minutes of arms. I’m nervous for tomorrow... super bowl snacks. My kids have all our favorites that they want me to make. I’ve tried to be SO GOOD this week so that I can have a few treats tomorrow. Really hoping not to do too much damage and undo all the progress I’ve made.

I would make some healthy snacks on the side! I'll have a platter of veggies including baby carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers with hummus and ranch! This is a great way to help me stay away from over indulging too much into the other unhealthy stuff. Taking a bite here and there isn't bad but it won't undo all your hard work either! Drinking plenty of :droplet: will also help!Good luck!

As I'm from Germany, Super Bowl isn't a thing here. But Bellanu's tip sounds good.
I had a movie night with a friend yesterday and prepared Banana and Apples with peanut butter as a healthy snack alternative for me, while she had chocolate and the like. Didn't feel the urge to take any of her snacks.
