So throughout covid I've actually been home from work due to an injury. As such I haven't been eating as much because I'm not hungry. I'm wondering if I'm not able to eat all my containers, if there are ones I should try to get and others it would be ok to skip.
I go back to work next week so I might be hungrier and need all of them, but just wondering for the days I'm not at work

Maybe not fill your containers all the way every time - so maybe half a green, half a yellow, half a red & half or quarter of a purple each meal. Keep your meals smaller throughout the day. Eating multiple containers at each meal will help with absorption of all the nutrients.

Yes. I agree with Amanda! I would eat a balanced amount of all your containers but but fill them all the way full so your portions are smaller. Part of the idea of portion fix it not just how the work singly but how they work together to balance your body.
