  • 🌱 Melbourne is finally opening up after 15 weeks of lockdown. I’ve been working but with limited exposure to others, today we’re opening our doors. Naturally I’m a bit nervous. I have no doubt that my plant based lifestyle provides me with a better immune system than when I was an omnivore. How has COVID changed you personally??

Covid has been hard on me mentally. So much anxiety and sadness/depression but it’s taught me how to enjoy being alone, really figure out who my real friends are, and I’ve also lost almost 10 pounds during the last 7 months - portioning my food so I wasn’t over eating and not having to go to the grocery store often, no excuses to not workout, and also new routines of meditation before bed! It’s been hard but we learn to adapt and grow!
