  • Ok l I need help!
    My coffee is what I look forward to and is the first thing I make when I get up! Caffeine doesn't even wake me up or do anything for me, its just the flavor is so good and its part of my routine now! But I measured my cream the other day and its kinda embarrassing how much I use. I'm a little bit of coffee with a whole lot if cream girl, but that's not good when you need to watch calories.. What do yall use to make your coffee taste yummy but healthier?☕

I use oat milk. It has the same creaminess as regular cream.

I used to be an A coffee drinker for sure. And then I did the same thing and actually measured out what I was typically using one morning and omg! I did the math and I could lose weight by just cutting that one drink out. Crazy. It took a long time for me to get to now a C drink but I just slowly started cutting back how much of the normal flavored stuff I used, then would occasionally try plain creamer instead of the flavored stuff. Finally got to only 2Tbsp of half and half and 1/2 tsp of coconut sugar. The coconut sugar is my newest transition and I can’t tell the difference in my drink. My goal is to eventually switch to almond milk instead of half and half but it’s progress, not perfection. Good luck! You can do this!
