For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Week 4 All Out Challenge
    Congrats! You have completed the third week of our challenge! We are almost to the finish line! So many of you did such an amazing job completing last week’s well-balanced challenge! Not only did most of you hit your goal, but most of you exceeded it! You spent the week fueling your body with healthy meals and now it's time to go ALL OUT!

    This week (11/16-11/20) I challenge you to go ALL OUT! Whatever your goal is right now I challenge you to get serious. Whatever meal plan you are following, stick to it! Whatever exercise program you are doing, crush it! As we are getting to the end of this challenge, remind yourself why you started, keep the promise that you made to yourself, and remind yourself that if you get serious this week YOU CAN get results! Log your food, your exercise, your water intake, etc. EVERY day for the next 5 days (Mon-Fri)! Like I have mentioned previously I track my meals by hand in my planner, but you can use any tracking app, a note in your phone, whatever method you feel will work best for you!

    Submit your tracking by the end of the day on 11/21 to a check-in thread that I will post the morning of 11/21 to the group & the one amazing winner will be announced on Sun. 11/22! This week’s winner will get my favorite 6 quart Instant Pot! Let's aim to crush our goals this week and end this game strong!!! You’ve got this!!!
