For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I am so excited that I completed my first DietBet!!!!!! I have felt my confidence soar during this last week.

Anyone here been successful doing multiple bets in a row? I feel like 4% was an okay goal for my first bet because I had fallen so far off the wagon. But I’m nervous to sign up for another because my weight loss tends to slow down substantially after the first couple weeks.

I’d love some feedback.

I did 2 in a row and it was helpful for me. It helped me not just go right back to eating everything and gaining the weight back that I lost. Plus I think to gain long term habits that will stick its good to do stuff for longer than a month to really have it set in. Good luck either way!

This will be my last 4% dietbet, but I'm in a transformer right now. 3% 2 months, 2% next 2 months, then 1% 5th month, 6th month maintain. Minimum 10% of weight in 6 months.
