How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

It’s probably pretty normal weight fluctuates over a holiday weekend and I’m now playing catch-up...but what do you do if every weekend for your belly is “a holiday?”
I do feel I’m more active during the weekends but inch by inch I go off clean-eating almost entirely and it really hinders my progress.
While I’m not a proponent of eating clean 💯 depriving myself completely I would love to hear some tricks for combating the weekend munchies?

This is me too! For a while I was doing really well with the reasoning of "it's not gone forever" (the unhealthy foods)... But then I fell of for a rewards week at work and now every weekend I find myself diving off the deep end and I think it's really hindering my progress. You're not alone!

What works best for me is to just not have the junk food in the house. That way when you want a treat you have to make the conscious effort to go out and purchase it, or buy only single serving treats/ snacks so when they are gone you don’t have anymore.

I'm trying to submit my weigh-in today and it will only allow me to if I become a member. As a non-member do I need to enter an official weigh-in weekly? Or will I only do that at the end?

Has anyone done the DietBet membership? If so, is it worth it? I have about 50 lbs total to lose so it’s going to take me several bets and some time to accomplish that goal. Just wondering if I should do the membership.

@Tamatha My first was a Transformer at the beginning of the year. It was massive, then COVID hit halfway through and it was rough, but I won it. Did a couple Kickstarters while it was going. Now gained it all back. Trying to lose the last dozen pounds.

The winnings are far better on the Transformer games, but you have to stick with it! If you're goal is long term weight loss, then it's perfect. It helps prevent the up and down yo-yo also because you have to be committed and not gain the weight back after the 4 week game
