  • Hey team hey!!!

    Happy Thursday & 2nd day of our 2nd week. Hope everyone is doing what they gotta do to make sure you are at goal by the 25th. This game is going to fly by.. it's 11/5 and my biggest focus this game and month is closing my rings everyday. My biggest down fall is always my rest days I want to focus on shifting to active rest days. Making sure I'm getting my steps in. I might adjust my watch goals on those days to help. Right now I think Im at the highest setting on apple watch.

    Anyways if you didn't already see I posted the 2nd workout challenge on our dietbet IG account @Isfrannyfityetdietbet

    Here it is, a quick and effective burner:

    10 ROUNDS
    30 jump ropes
    10 squats

    You can add this workout into your routine. You can use it as a warm up or a finisher. If you dont have a jump rope jog in place or do knee raises. Modify where needed. Make sure you come back to this post by Friday evening and post if you completed the challenge or not. I will pin this post to the top of our game wall.
