How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I have had a pretty dismal first 2 weeks. I've been getting my steps in but my diet has been horrible and I haven't lost a pound. But I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow, getting healthy choices and will try to buckle down. I might not win, but need to get it together!!

At least you haven't gained weight. One day at a time.

All you can do is go forward. Being disciplined and consistent with food is the hardest part. Focus on consistency, not perfection.
