  • Happy Monday and welcome everyone! Let the game begin!

    So excited to have you here! This is such a great time to play! Playing games throughout the year is how I 'finally' learned balance through the holidays!  I know you can do this and will head into the new year with a huge feeling of accomplishment!

    Please introduce yourself and share some of the short-term goals that you’ve set going into this challenge. Remember, your goals should be attainable! We want them to be challenging, but don’t make them so difficult that you can’t achieve them.

    Just a few of my goals are:
    • Drink more water, I have been seriously slacking and I can feel it. Probably time to join another Hydration Nation game on the WayBetter app!
    • Eat out less. Going to have to learn how to cook my favorite Thai dishes... :)
    • Stop snacking after dinner, or if I do, only allow myself fruit or veggies.

Hello everyone! My name is Janeé and this is my first diet bet! I’m 7 weeks postpartum so this is a great way to jump into it before the year is over. My short term goal is just to work on my consistency while also not beating myself up if I take a day off from the gym or have a cheat meal.
