  • Team Happy Friday! Hope everyone is going good and staying healthy. I need everyone to remember to stay focused as we head into our 2nd weekend together. It goes without saying but weekends are rough, we all face the same challenges when it comes to lowering our expectations of our routines. We did it last weekend we can do it again this weekend! Stay busy, drink your water & most importantly your nutrition is key to making sure you meet your goal. At this point you can not afford anymore slips ups, time is ticking.

    I hope you’re all ready to finish this weeks walking challenge strong. I am happy to say I have made it the entire week, just finished my first walk for today and will have one more on my lunch break! I really personally enjoy the challenge & just the fresh start of this new year. Even though we are all going through a lot personally and in the world around us it’s important to make time for ourselves & the little walks have made me realize that.

    Tomorrow I will be picking 2 players from the comments of the walking challenge for a cash prize of $25 sent via PayPal or Venmo.

    Here is your weekend challenge. You pick the movement and the form of cardio for 1 mile. I will be doing 50 burpees for mine. You can do jumping jacks, sit ups, push ups, knee highs any movement that you can do for 50 reps. Break them up if needed. For example I will do 5 rounds of 10 burpees, then a mile run. Complete before Monday morning 1/18 to be entered into our next giveaway!
