Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Where are my other breastfeeding mamas?! I just had twins 12 weeks ago, the scale hasnt budged since I left the hospit, but I really don't want to tank my supply! (Keeping up enough for twins is a delicate balancing act with food intake/milk output)

I just weaned in Aug 2020, so I have totally been there!! It’s hard, and giving advice is even harder because everyone’s body is so different. Best advice is to drink a ton of water and be generous to yourself!

In my case, I found that all I really needed to do was write down what I was eating (using my fitbit app) so I could avoid mindless eating and sugar binges. Once I eliminated those things, weight began to come off again!
