For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I want to meal prep and it's helped me in the past but I also have a really hard time eating the same thing more than twice in a week. I need variety or I'm prone to binge eating junk. I've tried making a variety of meals for the week but it takes so long!!! Any suggestions on meal prep made easy but not all the same meals for 5-7 days?

Cross utilization of the same veg. Switch up protein and seasonings/sauces and the way in which the veg is cooked and you got a good start. Alternate days where you don’t add a starch and have salad instead.

I prep the same 2 kinds of snacks to choose from, so those don’t vary. As long as I make 20 packs, it last for 5 days for 2 of us.

That definitely helps! I made baked chicken thighs seasoned 2 ways and salad for dinner and lunch tomorrow. I also made some butter chicken with onions and radishes to eat later this week. I am definitely going to make some soups to keep on hand!!
