I'm in the middle of my core workout. Trying to start toning all those midsection muscles people are always talking about. And I've come to a conclusion. I don't have those. The video says to do the Russian twist 50 times. I'm bailing out at 20. What's the level below beginner?

Lindsey Brin has great core exercises that built from stupid simple to a lot harder. She’s geared towards postpartum Moms but it’s truly great for everybody. She may have a few videos on YouTube that aren’t her subscription

My kid is currently practicing holding his breath underwater. Each bath time he makes it his goal to add one second to his record. He gives himself 3 tries and usually does it!

Just build on your record. Every time you do them, add one and done. Eventually you’ll get to 50 (and beyond!)
