Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Well I’m day 4 into a Disney World vacation with the kids. I have no scale but I’m counting my calories. Crazy but even got in some of my weight training sessions. So far I feel I’ve done really good I have packed all my food only snuck a few bites of good stuff from the kids but today and tomorrow are rough. Plan is Disney Springs and all I want is a crepe and one of the treats at Gideon’s. Then tomorrow is Epcot which I know will be a day of great food to try.

I’ve been on a journey for over 9 months lost over 60lbs and have only had Christmas Day and thanksgiving day as cheat days. Which even then I stayed within calories.

How do you guys manage moderation let yourself enjoy but not go overboard? I’m so scared to eat but really want to enjoy a few treats that I don’t and can’t get at home

I do believe I need to enjoy these times and learn moderation and not be all or nothing. But wanted to give you guys an update. So I went and did my gym routine including weights and cardio then had a protein drink before we headed out. At Disney springs I got Gideon’s and skipped the additional treat as I’ll save it for tomorrow. I had a couple bites of a few different cookies didn’t even eat an 1/8 of a cookie came back ate a good lunch and now sitting at the pool with extra calories for more cookie and going to make myself a chicken salad tonight. For all you Disney folks I’ll say being here feels so much safer then going to the grocery store. The only thing is food is a bit limited so very happy I paid for a room with a kitchen.
