Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

So I was doing calorie counting 1300 Cals and I was feeling good other than feeling weak and shaky often... I checked my sugar and blood pressure and they were fine. I have pcos. I’m scared if I eat more calories than that I won’t lose weight. I lost .5 last week counting calories but also felt like crap often due to the weak and shakiness.
