For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Congrats to all of the month 1 winners. Let's keep up the good work as we move forward. I've been doing nutrisystem, and I am into month 2 now of the program. I still have work to do, but controlling my portions has been very helpful. What has worked for you?

Intermittent fasting and food journaling/calorie counting on certain days. I was thinking of trying hello fresh or something so help with dinners?

Intermittent fasting and keto are the only thing that’s ever worked for me. It’s interesting how different our bodies react to different plans. Here’s hoping we all find the 1!
