For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’m very frustrated, been with WW for over 3 yrs and lost over 100 lbs. Beginning 2021 I joined this bet and a 6 week step bet which is just ending. And I’ve moved my body more than I have in all the 3 yrs and have kept within my WW points (daily & weekly). And I’m not losing; just fluctuating up & down within 3 lbs for the last 4 months. I do have a bad Diet soda habit and hoping it’s just sodium. Any ideas or tips...need to lose 8lbs for round 2?!

Add intermittent fasting, add strength training (if already strength training, increase weights or change up routine), add more cardio (jogging intervals or any intervals to any cardio session, like regular walking, mix in short bursts of speed walking). You’ll see a change, but stalls are so frustrating. Keep at it! Awesome job, 100 pounds!!!!

Have you been to a doctor to rule out thyroid issues? Or other dietary problems from health or medicine issues?

Like others have said, you need to shake your metabolism back on. It's sleeping. So increasing/changing your workouts. Have a cheat weekend and the hardcore strict diet again. (Also consider if you are undereating. That can stop your weight loss too)
