The last two weeks have not been great. It started Valentine’s Day with a 3 course meal and a bottle of Prosecco .. it all went a bit downhill from there.

I started this week with 2lb to go to my goal this month! Quite a steep hill to climb!

So I’m going back to myfitness pal to track everything. I normally do this for 2-3 days and then get bored.

Does anyone have any tips for accountability in it and also hacks to make it easier - I’m a lazy calorie tracker haha

Snap a pic of your food to remind yourself to tack it. Then you can track it later when you have time

When I wake in the morning and I’m not quite ready to get out of bed, I track everything I’ll eat that day. Also the recipe builder using the webpage is so easy! Save meals you eat often to track faster. I’ve been on the app longer than I’d like to admit, but that means all my recipes and meals are easy to track there! I’ve been on ww for a year now but still use fitness pal to track some calories for the recipes I make so I can stay realistic (because “zero point” foods still have calories....)
