What’s your plan this week leading up to the R2 weigh in?

I’m not weighing myself until the day of, but I am following OMAD every day and will finish the week with a 40hr fast.
Drinking at least 3L of water and keeping it simple with my meals being protein and crunchy watery vegetable heavy. Gonna limit dairy

I’ve only lost 3-ish pounds this round but already hit my R2 goal. I guess I went light and it shows.

I’m doing IF for 4 days into the weekend (on top of 75 hard which my body is now use to Day 62). I’m thinking about trying a 3 day egg fast. I’ve never heard of it & like eggs. This last pound to R2 is being stubborn, maybe an egg fast will knock it off. JLynnW any pointers or best recipes?

Yes JLynn- I need to do something different I’ve been on keto for three years and I added fasting in May 2019 but screwed up end of 2020. Only have 10 pounds to lose (again) but struggling. How do you do your egg fast and how much are you trying to lose total? These last 10 pounds are a bear
