IF question - I just started last week so there was a bit of a learning curve 😂 my body has adjusted to not eating pretty well but my question is for my coffee -

If i put creamer in my coffee in the morning am I ruining my fast? I know it says to drink it black while fasting but i really do not enjoy black coffee! What are your thoughts, tips, tricks?

You're definitely breaking your fast without question. The 50 calorie rule is a health industry compromise to ease difficulty, but biologically there is no caloric tolerance on a fasted state. The question is whether or not it matters. Depends on your goals, but most likely, it doesn't. If it's working for you and getting you where you want to be, the nuances are irrelevant.
