How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • We’re close to scales! Do you have a routine for scale day? Any superstitions or rituals you want to share? 🍀

    I always wear the same outfit: a pink tank and black biking shorts, make sure I’m not wearing my watch or wedding rings. I brush my hair and of course go potty. (I used to LOVE the show Biggest Loser and it would drive me bananas when the contestants would go up with a ton of jewelry on like wwhhhyyyyyyy it comes down to ounccesssss... I don’t even wanna paint my nails this week 😂)

    I tease my husband about crazy things one could do to drop last min... floss my teeth, trim my nails, blow my nose, shave my head... haha and he thinks I’m ridiculous. 😝

After a long fast and a work out I’ll weigh in the evenings. Only thing is I have to watch my water intake during the day which can be so hard!
