For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Ok guys I'm heading off the rails and need some help, I met my goal last month and decided to treat myself to pizza for dinner that night, well 4 slices of pizza later and feeling terrible I was ready to get back on track, then the next night the kids wanted spaghetti for dinner so I had a small portion for dinner then later that night went back to the fridge heated up a huge bowl of spaghetti and ate it all. I've been back on track calorie wise for 3 days now and I'm still up 3lbs from last months goal weight, I'm super bloated and just feel crappy. Does anyone have any tips to help me get back on track and reset my stomach. I drink at least 100oz of water everyday so water isn't the issue.

I think we have all felt what you are feeling, for me, i cut out cheat days completely. It was really hard for about 6 weeks, Then the cravings were gone. They come back on a rare occasion, but so much more managable.

I had potato chips last night. But it was an active choice, knowing full well it will take 3 to 5 days of eating low carb to shed the water weight that comes with carbs. I thought I’d be beating myself up today, but it’s all good. We have 27 days to our next weigh in. I’m hoping to see the loss of the potato chip water weight by next Tuesday then I’ll be working to lose a pound a week before April 1. For me (and al our bodies are different) I cut out bread, potatoes, white rice and pasta and that helps lose the water weight and stops the blood sugar roller coaster ride. Good luck!!!
