I am finally to the point where I knock out most of my exercise in the morning before work. My husband is retiring next week, and I hope to up my game and start walking :walking:‍♀️with him in the evenings.

I recently converted from mornings on treadmill or Zumba to multiple random bouts of Oculus 2 Beat Saber. At 54 yrs old, I’m hooked. Lol- exercise is great but has no impact on my weight loss. Keto + intermittent fasting is the way for me. Good luck to you!
