Hey all,

I am coming here because I don't know where else to turn. I am struggling. After meeting my goal in round 3 I've gone down hill. I didn't weigh in for round 4. I was too depressed. I can't stop eating. I snack constantly. I'm always thinking about food. This is what got me up past 350 pounds in the past. I was 211 pounds at my smallest (that was in 2019) and since then it's been going back up. I'm scared that I'm going to hit that 300 mark soon. I am almost 275 after losing weight in this game from 283 to 265.

I just really need some motivation & kind words. I did so well the first (well, not first, but successful time) that I lost weight but this time I can't get my act together. I'm nervous about spiraling so far back that I never come forward. I had hopes to be under 200 long before this time. Every time I think about where I could've been I get depressed. (I know I shouldn't do this to myself, but it's hard not to.)

I'm looking for any advice on what to do now and just some encouragement. Sorry this is basically a venting post but I don't know where else to turn to. Everyone in my life at this point is avoiding talking to me about this like the plague because they saw all my success, continually told me how amazing it was, and now that I'm slipping back... they don't even wanna touch the subject.

Dear Kellie, I feel you, I know this kind of struggle. My first real chance to change something about my weight was when I was in a better place mentally. Seeing a therapist can be a total game changer (not just weight-wise), and I can totally recommend. All the best for you!
